The student of the college may apply for the following grievances:

1. Academic
2. Ragging
3. Library
4. Hostel facilities
5. Sports facilities
6. Canteen facilities
7. Classroom/Class Programme
8. Victimization by Teacher/Office Staff
9. Misconduct from fellow students
10. Any other related issues.

Guidelines of Grievance Redressal Committee:

1. The Principal shall be the head and Chairperson of the committee.
2. The Coordinator, IQAC shall be the convenor of the committee.
3. There shall be a Secretary and six other members from the faculties, both male and female.
4. President, General Secretary and Secretary, Girls’ Common Room, Miri Jiory College Students’ Union (MJCSU) shall be the members of the committee.
5. The meeting of the GRC shall be held quarterly in a year. However, in special case the committee will meet as and when required.
6. The complaint or grievances will be collected through online and off-line (Grievance Boxes)
7. Committee sorts out the grievances and after discussion the resolutions will be sent to the Principal Cum Chairperson and IQAC to take appropriate action.
